  • We offer local delivery within Singapore and self-pickup options. Delivery timeslots and pickup schedules are subject to availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Perishable items must be collected or received promptly. We are not liable for spoilage due to missed deliveries or pickups.

5. Refunds & Returns Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
