Refund Policy

Perishable Goods Due to the nature of our products — freshly handcrafted, preservative-free steamed buns and dumplings — we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once the order has been fulfilled and delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

Self-Pickup & Local Delivery For self-pickup orders, please ensure someone is available at the agreed time. We are not responsible for orders that are uncollected after the pickup window.
