🌾 Starting with the Dough
Our mantou dough is made fresh daily using high-quality unbleached Japanese flour, full creamed milk, and fresh yeast, without baking soda or dough improver & softener. No shortcuts, no additives. The result? A soft, pillowy texture that you can only get from dough that's been made with care and time.
🚫 No Preservatives, Ever
We made a commitment from day one: no preservatives, no artificial flavourings, no shortcuts. This means our buns have a shorter shelf life than mass-produced alternatives — but it also means every bite is as clean and wholesome as it gets.
Because of this, we recommend consuming your buns within:
- 1 day at room temperature
- 3 days refrigerated
- 3 months frozen
